Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you have an account:
You can view the status of your order and its tracking information by visiting your Orders page and clicking the VIEW button on the order you wish to check on. From here, you can see your tracking info & order details.
If you are a guest:
You can still view the status of your order if you do not have an account by visiting the Track Your Order page.
If you have a question or concern regarding your shipment and cannot locate the information under your account, please submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
