Can customers still return or exchange belts from JT Spencer?

 Imperial will honor the JT Spencer return policy for the time being.

You may return most new, unopened items from your JT Spencer web purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shopping costs are non-refundable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Personalized and custom items are not eligible for exchange or return.
