If your coupon code doesn't work, please check the following:
- That you're applying the code to the correct site. Both the main Imperial website and Custom Imperial run their own promotions, with different coupon codes.
- That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code. For example, if the coupon code is for free shipping on orders of $55 or more, make sure that you have $55 worth of items in your cart when you try to apply it to your order.
- Check the expiration date to make sure that the coupon code is still valid.
- Be sure you are entering the full code, many times they are several characters long.
- You MUST use the same email during checkout that your coupon code is issued to. If you try to use a different email during checkout other than the one tied to your coupon code, you will get a message stating that the coupon code is not yours.
